Makes 2 Large Servings
Elements:
One BANANA
Two ripe MANGOES
One can PINEAPPLE + its JUICE (Or use fresh or frozen pineapple + extra liquid, like a splash of coconut milk.)
Handful of FRESH SPINACH
GROUND FLAXSEED
CHIA SEEDS
5-6 ICE CUBES (Or none if you’re using frozen fruit.)
Application:
I always put banana and liquids in first, then rest of ingredients. Blend altogether & sip while thinking tropical thoughts.
